On Sunday, October 13, our lesson was “Are We Freaking Out or Finding Faith?” We talked about the fact that at every moment, we have a choice of how to respond to life… we also discussed the fact that sometimes when things suddenly change direction in our lives that fear sets in and we freak out. We discussed three different types of fears: 1. Primal Fear; 2. Fear as Projected Thought; 3. Fear As Our Emotional Guidance System. Two of the fears are helpful and one is what we call freak out fear… do you know which one?
